I leave around 1 p.m. tomorrow and arrive in Lusaka at 6:15 a.m. on Saturday (12:15 a.m. Wallace time).
I "trial packed" today and the suitcase weighed 53.5 pounds (3.5 too much). I was able to get the weight down to 46 pounds, and will check again in the morning (since I have to add a few last minute things).
I spent a lot of time on Tuesday working on a lesson plan for my first three hours of class (I hope to cover a chapter in three hours, or 1 1/2 days of class time). I think I'm ready for Monday, June 10. After that, we'll see!
